We personally source all floral materials and make and package your flowers ourselves.
Your flowers should reach you in perfect condition ready to be re-cut and placed in fresh water.
If for any reason this fails to happen and you are not entirely happy with your order please do not hesitate to contact Sarah Harper Flowers via our contact page within 24 hours of delivery and we will endeavour to address your problem.

Please note that all our bouquets are made to order therefore please allow 48hrs between order date and desired delivery date.
All our bouquets must be paid for in full when placing the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our online shop. All payments are processed securely and your information is used solely to process your order.

Due to the nature of our products being perishable goods and the fact that under the distance selling regulations, which state that you can request a refund in writing within seven working days, by agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to wave your rights to cancel an order. However if your order should reach you faulty and we are acknowledged of this within 24 hours, we will make sure a resend or refund is arranged.
